- Approval of Agenda – approved by Jaye, seconded by Danielle D
- Approval of minutes of last meeting – September 24, 2024 – approved by Tara, seconded by Emily
- Business arising from minutes – none
- Principal’s Report- October– Sue’s passing
School immunizations were in October.
School Photos with Harvey Studios were October 17th. Retakes & Grad photos Nov 14th.
McCain engagement day on Oct 30 canceled day of due to bussing mix up.
November-
6th– Take our Kids to Work Day for Grade 9 students.
Remembrance Day service Nov 6th
SIP day- looked at our goal and changed strategies to strengthen them. Submitted the annual school report in CLEVR as required.
School clothing order
School wide fundraiser- totals not in yet but it is close to $1000 profit. Items have shipped.
Report cards Nov 12th for high school. Parent teacher was Nov 21 4-6 and Nov 22 9-12.
Nov 22- no school due to parent teacher and report card prep for MS teachers
Nov 27th– ESS parent information meeting (Skills for Success Pathway) @ 6:00. Applications are due Dec 4th, then we will have interviews to determine who will be onboarded into the program.
December-
MS report cards Dec 2 with parent teacher Dec 5th 4-6 and Dec 6 9-12. No school on Dec for middle school students; regular classes for HS students.
Dec 12th 6 & 8’s going to King’s landing for the day.
Dec 18th Christmas dinner
Dec 20- last day before Christmas break. Return January 6th, 2025.
December calendar – Forest Green (Mrs. Legace’s Pride group) in charge of the month, theme days, assembly, etc.
