Distribution, recording and collection of textbooks are the responsibility of the subject teacher. A class list of students and assigned numbered texts will be at the office after the books have been issued.
If a student has lost or destroyed (damaged beyond repair) a textbook, he/she must pay the full replacement cost of the text.
If a student returns a text in damaged, but usable condition, (significantly less than the condition in which it was received) he/she must pay ½ the replacement cost of that text. Parents will be contacted should the books not be returned.
Students must turn in their textbook when writing their exam. The district policy for textbook recovery will then be followed.
