With the end of the school day being very busy, it is recommended that students submit their request for bus notes early in the day so as to be picked up from the office at noon. Parents are discouraged from picking up their child before the end of the instructional day – 2:50pm. Requests for homework for absent students should be made as early in the day as possible to allow the staff the time to prepare a package for the student.
All students must sign out through the office should they wish to leave the building other than at their lunch time (grades 9-12). Students are expected to provide appropriate, written excuses when signing out. A telephone number where the parent/guardian can be reached should be included. Parents may be contacted to confirm excuses. Students will be asked for a phone number where parents can be reached when signing out. Individuals are to present themselves at the office when signing out students.
Brunch Time (9:30- 9:37) – We are a closed campus for all grades at brunch time. We are a fully closed campus for Middle School. Middle School students are only permitted to leave the school grounds with a parent or delegate or if they are in walking distance of the school and go home for lunch.
